Hi, I’m Geneva!

I’m married to my love bird of 20 years and have 3 children.  I’m originally from The Lone Star State, Texas.  I’m a lover of Jesus, coffee, and books.

I’ve had this blog since 2012 and to be honest, i haven’t been the most faithful at writing.  Partially because when life gets busy, this is the first to get neglected, also because well…i don’t know.  lol

Mainly, this will be a place where I’ll jot down my thoughts on certain topics, write book reviews, a little on home school, and travel and anything else that pops up. I’m naturally an introvert, which is why I prefer to blog than vlog.  I’m a behind-the-scenes kind of girl, who would rather not be in the spotlight. I love being in the comfort of my home. I don’t mind being alone, actually it’s quite relaxing at times, but i do love being with friends and having people over. I’m known for my funny laugh and for randomly singing a verse to an old song! (my hubby calls me his walking juke box :)) My personality has changed so much since traveling abroad.  Sometimes I feel more introverted than ever before, while other times I’m doing things that I thought I’d never do!
